How do I export my data from TV Time?

Open the TV Time app, go to Settings → Privacy → Download Your Data (or Settings → Export Data). TV Time will email you a ZIP file containing your complete watch history as CSV files. Download that ZIP — that's the file you'll upload to Cue.

What file format does Cue accept?

Cue accepts the ZIP file directly from TV Time's export. You don't need to unzip it or convert anything — just upload the ZIP and we'll parse every CSV inside automatically.

Will my episode-by-episode progress be preserved?

Yes. Cue imports your full episode watch history — not just which shows you track, but which specific episodes you've watched, in what order, and when. Your "currently on S2E5" progress carries over exactly.

Is it really free to import?

Yes, always. Importing your data is completely free and always will be. You don't need a Pro subscription to import or to keep your tracked shows and episode history. Pro only unlocks AI features, advanced analytics, and smart collections.

What if some of my shows don't import?

Cue matches every show to TMDb (The Movie Database). If a show can't be matched — rare, but it can happen with obscure titles — it's skipped and you'll see a count of skipped items. You can always add shows manually afterward.

Can I import from other services too?

Yes. Cue also supports imports from Trakt, Letterboxd, and IMDb. You can run multiple imports — we'll deduplicate so you don't end up with double entries.

What happens to my data after I import?

Your data lives in your Cue account. We don't sell it, share it, or use it for advertising. You can export or delete it at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
