Residents of the European Economic Area and United Kingdom may lodge complaints with their supervisory authority if they believe applicable privacy laws have been violated.


19. Children's Privacy

Cue is not directed toward children under 13 or the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.


20. Marketing Communications

Users may opt out of promotional emails at any time. Transactional and security communications may still be sent.


21. Push Notifications

Users control push notifications through device settings.


22. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account through available account settings or by contacting privacy@cu3.app.

Deletion removes or anonymizes personal information subject to legitimate retention obligations.


23. Data Breach Response

If a security incident involving personal information occurs, Cue will investigate, mitigate impacts, and provide notifications where required by applicable law.


24. Business Transfers

If Cue is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.


25. Automated Processing

Cue may use automated systems, including machine learning and AI, to personalize recommendations, organize content, improve search, detect abuse, and provide insights. These systems are intended to assist users and are not used to make legally significant decisions.
