How is Cue different from TV Time, Trakt, IMDb, or Letterboxd?

Cue combines traditional tracking with AI-powered personalization. Instead of simply recording what you've watched, Cue can answer natural-language questions, provide personalized recommendations, explain shows, help you decide what to watch next, generate viewing insights, and learn your entertainment preferences over time.

Can I import data from TV Time?

Yes. Cue supports importing compatible exports from: • TV Time • Trakt • Letterboxd • IMDb Imported data becomes part of your Cue account and is handled according to your privacy settings.

Will importing overwrite my existing data?

If imported records match existing entries, Cue attempts to merge them intelligently. If conflicts cannot be resolved automatically, you may be prompted to review them.

How do AI recommendations work?

Cue analyzes information such as: • viewing history • ratings • watchlists • favorites • completed shows • genres • AI conversation history (Pro only) to provide recommendations tailored specifically to you.

Does Cue remember conversations?

Cue Pro includes an evolving AI memory. Rather than storing every conversation indefinitely, Cue extracts concise preference insights—such as favorite genres, actors, pacing, or viewing habits—to improve future recommendations. You remain in control of your account, and this information is deleted when your account is deleted.

Is my information used to train public AI models?

No. Information from your Cue account is processed only to provide Cue's AI features. We do not sell your viewing history or intentionally use your private account information to train public AI models.

Who can see what I'm watching?

Cue supports privacy controls for eligible content: • Private • Friends • Public Private content is never intentionally shared with other users.

What information does Cue collect?

Does Cue sell my personal information?

No. Cue does not sell your personal information or your viewing history.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. You may delete your account from your account settings (where available) or by contacting us. Deletion permanently removes or anonymizes your personal information, subject to temporary backup retention and legal obligations described in our Privacy Policy.

I forgot my password.

If you sign in using email/password, use the password reset feature. If you sign in using Apple or Google, manage authentication through that provider.

How do I cancel Cue Pro?

If you subscribed through Apple App Store or Google Play, cancellations are managed through those stores. If you subscribed directly through Cue, you can cancel from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your Pro features remain available until the end of the current billing period.

Are refunds available?

Refund eligibility depends on where you purchased your subscription. Apple and Google purchases are governed by their respective refund policies. Direct purchases are handled according to applicable law and Cue's billing policies.
